About the Role

Build the hiring engine behind our engineering and operations growth. You will work alongside a regional team that designs, builds and runs Allied Data Centre's critical infrastructure.

We hire for judgement and ownership. You will be trusted with real scope early, and supported by senior engineers who have delivered this at scale before.

What You'll Do

  • Run full-cycle hiring for technical and operational roles across regions.

Requirements

  • In-house recruiting experience in a scaling infrastructure business.
